Celebrating the 21st Anniversary of its partnership with Swazi Slojos Athletes Club, Standard Bank Swaziland this year joins with the Swaziland National Provident Fund to host the inaugural Imbube King’s Marathon. The marathon is divided into three legs – a 10km family fun run, the 21km Standard Bank Slojos half-marathon and the 42km SNPF Slojos marathon. The routes take runners and other participants through a journey of Swaziland’s history as they will go past several historical landmarks including the Parliament Building, the capital city and central business district. The race is also expected to bring together several athletes from across the Southern African region. Top runners stand to win prizes worth E200 000.
